Project Details

• Civil & Mechanical Works:
  1. Supply and install interior sandwich panel walls with temperature insulation for an area of 360 sqm, covering the hall building to maintain constant warehouse cooling temperature.
  2. Supply and install 2 package units with a capacity of 25 tons (LG Type).
  3. Supply and install steel plate air distribution ducts with a length of 200 ML, including temperature insulators.
  4. Supply and install an additional 80 meters of air distribution ducts to cover managers’ and staff offices.
  5. Supply and install air distributors.
  6. Furnish and install all roof structural elements of the building, including repairs to:
     • Beams.
     • Angle irons.
     • Roofing panels.
     • Drop ceiling framings.
